嘉宾简介：黄季焜 ，博士，发展中国家科学院院士。现任北京大学现代农学院教授，博士生导师。中国科学院创新基地研究员、首席科学家、农业政策研究中心主任、美国国际农业生物技术应用服务组织ISAAA董事会董事。2015年爱思唯尔（Elsevier）发布的中国高被引学者（Most Cited Chinese Researchers）中，黄季焜教授高居“经济、经济计量学和金融”榜首。在国内外期刊发表论文470多篇，其中在国际学术期刊发表240多篇论文（包括3篇研究报告在Nature和Science上发表），合著专著19部。2016年，获选2016年度美国农业与应用经济学会Fellow。
